摘要: We report optical second-harmonic generation (SHG) in reflection from GaSe crystals of 1 to more than 100 layers using a fundamental picosecond pulsed pump at 1.58 eV and supercontinuum white light laser with energies ranging 0.85 1.4 eV. The measured reflected SHG signal is maximal samples $\ensuremath{\sim}20$ layers, decreasing thicker as result interference. thickness- frequency-dependence the response $\ensuremath{\sim}7$ can be reproduced by second-order susceptibility that same bulk samples. For $\ensuremath{\lesssim}7$ reduced compared samples, which attributed expected band-gap increase mono- few-layer GaSe.
