The effect of microvoid size on positron annihilation characteristics and residual resistivity in metals

摘要: Abstract The annihilation characteristics of a positron trapped in spherical clusters 1., 50 vacancies Al and Mo are calculated. results found to depend sensitively on the void size up radius about 5 A, beyond which dependence disappears. residual resistivity is shown be nearly independent microvoid during initial stages vacancy clustering. sizes microvoids electron irradiated as function annealing temperatures evaluated from recent experimental lifetime results.
