摘要: The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between psychological well- being (i.e. self-efficacy, positive and negative affect, sense coherence) job satisfaction employees in a financial institution. A cross-sectional survey design used. An availability sample (N = 117) taken fiom different levels MSQ, GSES, AFM OLQ were administered. results showed that coherence correlated positively with one another, while affect had correlations other constructs. Self-efficacy, predicted 19% variance satisfaction. Sense significant predictor No differences terms biographical characteristics experience self- efficacy, could be found.
