摘要: Abstract 1. (1) The sympathetic skin response (SSR) is a slow wave, generated in deep layers of the skin, resulting from reflex activation sudomotor efferent fibres. aim this study was to define experimental conditions, best stimulation and recording procedures, criteria for validation responses. 2. (2) Thirty normal subjects (aged 25–56) were tested. an electrical pulse train applied median nerve at wrist, binaural tone burst, or both simultaneously. Records made with surface electrodes on hand foot contralateral stimulated nerve. 3. (3) Response shape most often biphasic feet, triphasic hands. SSR amplitude 3.1 ± 1.8 mV hands, 1.4 0.8 feet. Normal mean onset latency 1.5 0.08 sec response, 2.05 0.10 response. conduction velovity along peripheral fibres 1.40 0.14 m/sec lower limbs. 4. (4) Bimodal (burst + median) provided responses larger amplitude. influence intensity also investigated. A decrease lengthening latencies observed after 15–20 min testing. 5. (5) are discussed. importance central processing time delay pointed out. In good methodological would appear be simple, effective means assessing outflow nervous system disorders.
