摘要: Persistent infection with high-risk HPV is the etiologic agent associated development of cervical cancer (CC) development. However, environmental, social, epidemiological, genetic, and host factors may have a joint influence on risk disease progression. Cervical lesions caused by can be removed naturally immune response only small percentage progress to cancer; thus, essential for control precursor CC. We present review recent research molecular mechanisms that allow HPV-infected cells evade surveillance potential targets therapy inhibit tumor escape.
