摘要: In Part I of this paper, we presented a mathematical model for communication subject to both network interference and noise, where the interferers are scattered according spatial Poisson process, operating asynchronously in wireless environment path loss, shadowing, multipath fading. We determined distribution aggregate error performance link. second part, characterize capacity link noise. Then, put forth concept spectral outage probability (SOP), new characterization radio-frequency emission generated by communicating nodes network. present some applications SOP, namely establishment regulations design covert military networks. The proposed framework captures all essential physical parameters that affect emission, yet is simple enough provide insights may be value deployment
