In the past there has been a shift of paradigm away from stand-alone, black-box problem solving systems assisting tools for medical support. The describes functional role mobile, supporting device in workflow. case study application therapy planning paediatrics is presented. As primary concern integration system process analysed. Aspects lean and modular knowledge representation are described. implemented on PalmPilot.
