摘要: Mutants of CC chemokines, which contain at least two mutations in the cationic site 40's loop and which, relative to wild-type molecule, have a reduced GAG-binding activity. In particular it has been found that such mutated chemokines are effective treatment multiple sclerosis and/or other demyelinating diseases. A triple mutant RANTES is compound showing best results.
