摘要: A water-and-oil repellant composition of the aqueous dispersion type which can impart long-lasting water resistance to clothes required have high and oil repellency paper. The comprises as essential components (1) an medium, (2) a polymer monomer having polyfluoroalkyl group one polymerizable unsaturated group, (3) mono- or polyhydric alcohol triple bond alkylene oxide adduct thereof.
