摘要: In order to control and reduce the electromagnetic vibration of motors, stresses in motor cores, which are inherent reasons vibration, should be computed accurately. Electromagnetic cores mainly generated from magnetostrictive effect silicon steel Maxwell force between stator rotor. So far, stress analysis on is based finite element numerical method, did not consider influence magnetic properties core material. Thus, this paper first measures multi-group characteristic curves non-oriented sheet under different support computation. Then an electromagneto-mechanical coupled model for motors considering anisotropy material proposed distribution calculated. From results, it can seen that radial circumferential show characteristics parts provides a theoretical basis further noise reduction.
