摘要: A limiting factor to realising the full potential of many new reproductive techniques is lack availability fertile oocytes. Methods for maturing oocytes in vitro (IVM) have been developed address this problem but success rate and quality embryos produced by IVM variable. The variation may be due poor that are being selected maturation, since these would taken from antral follicles. To attempt eliminate increase numbers produced, it better use large source preantral primordial follicles developing systems growth (IVG). In utilise early growing as a laboratory species successful producing live young. If successful, IVG association with supercede existing technology assisted reproduction both humans animals making possible develop desired number high small amounts ovarian tissue. However, over several months presents enormous technical challenges. We permit individual porcine bovine periods up 20 days. Porcine grown micro-wells show higher survival if presence serum than under free conditions. Oocytes recovered capable reaching metaphase II after maturation. similar system has conditions yet no completing meiotic
