摘要: Vacuum brazing of A5000 (Al-Mg) series and A6000 (Al-Mg-Si) aluminum alloys are considerably difficult because their rather high magnesium contents. For the purpose sound strength these materials, a Al-Ge-Si-Mg system based filler metales was developed by authors. Evaluations brazed joint A5052 A6061 base with metals were performed relationship between conditions investigated.In alloy, joints provided sufficient which equal to that alloy. In on other hand, low as one half alloy.The examination brittle intermetallic compound Mg2Ge through reaction Mg in Ge occured at interfaces joints. Accordingly formation this lead decrease contains much Mg.
