摘要: There is considerable interest recently in by-products for application green buildings. These materials are widely used as building envelope insulators or blocks. In this study, an experimental study was conducted to test stranded driftwood residues raw material possible thermo-acoustic insulation panel and environmentally sustainable brick. The thermal acoustic characteristics of such a natural by-product were examined. Part samples mineralized by means cement-based additive reinforce the enhance its durability well fire resistance. Several mixtures with different sizes ground wood chips quantities cement investigated. in-lab characterization aimed at investigating conductivity, diffusivity, volumetric specific heat, transmission loss. All tested before after mineralization. Results from indicate that it use competitive properties. fact, conductivity shown be always around 0.07 W/mK unbound samples, double value which present much higher heat (1.6 MJ/m3K) loss capability. lignin powder showed sort intermediate behavior between samples.
