The incompressible Navier—Stokes equations

摘要: Methods for the approximate solution of incompressible Navier-Stokes equations have been investigated rather extensively in last two decades. Several numerical schemes developed calculation both steady and unsteady viscous flows using various possible formulations problem. An important aspect methods solving this class problems is proper specification boundary conditions, especially when solid walls are present. Of course, appropriate treatment depends on which variables chosen as unknowns and, from a viewpoint, specific form assumed by conditions may also depend method adopted discretizing space time.
