摘要: New brilliant high-power lasers such as disc laser and fibre open up new fields of applications for laser-hybrid welding, e.g. power generation, shipbuilding pipeline construction. For the use welding in pipe laying, insensibility towards tolerances possibility orbital are very important factors addition to weld seam quality.Within scope a basic research project, first promising results thick materials could be demonstrated. As base material, typical steel API 5L X65 was selected. With help 20 kW combination with an arc-welding process it possible produce high-quality welds plates mm thickness single pass 32 three five passes, both welded position PA. Various joint preparations were examined one pass. Besides different positions, gap bridgeability misalignment studied. Results microhardness Charpy toughness presented proof applicability joining laying.
