摘要: RNA editing deaminases act on a variety of targets in different organisms. A number such enzymes have been shown to mRNA, with the resultant nucleotide changes modifying transcript's information content. Though deaminase activity mRNA is readily demonstrated vitro, identifying their physiological has proved challenging. Recent advances ultra high-throughput sequencing technologies allowed for whole transcriptome and expression profiling (RNA-Seq). We developed system identify novel deamination based comparative analysis RNA-Seq data. The efficacy utility this approach APOBEC1, cytidine known well-characterized target mammalian small intestine.
