摘要: It is difficult to control the degree of ischemic postconditioning in brain and other ischemia-sensitive organs. Remote could protect some organs through measures on terminal In this study, a focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established using three cycles remote postconditioning, each cycle consisted 10-minute occlusion femoral artery opening. The results showed that, significantly decreased percentage infarct area attenuated edema. addition, inflammatory nuclear factor-κB expression lower, while anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 elevated cortex side. Our findings indicate that attenuates ischemia/reperfusion injury, neuroprotective mechanism mediated by an effect reduction response.
