摘要: Abstract Several distinct molecular forms of glucocorticoid receptor have been identified in a melanoma model system. We used velocity sedimentation to monitor molybdate dependent alterations size and heterogeneity. In the absence molybdate, native from dexamethasone-sensitive tumors sediments at 7–8 S 12–13 S. Under identical conditions, isolated dexamethasone-resistant only. However, when is introduced, either during homogenization or immediately prior centrifugation, receptors both -resistant sediment sharply 9–10 These induced phenomena are reversible. The activated by DEAE-cellulose chromatography similar coefficients (4–5 S) which unaffected molybdate.
