摘要: Background : Some studies have shown a relationship between seasonality in weather patterns and depressive behavioural disorders, especially temperate climate regions. However, there is lack of describing the seasonal hospital admissions for variety mental disorders tropical subtropical nations. The aim this study has been to examine seasons daily Hanoi, Vietnam. Designs A 5-year database (2008–2012) compiled by Hanoi Mental Hospital covering disorder diagnosed International Classification Diseases 10 was analysed. negative binominal regression model applied estimate associations all causes specific diagnoses. Results summer season indicated highest relative risk (RR=1.24, confidence interval (CI)=1.1–1.39) admission with peak these cases June (RR=1.46, CI=1.19–1.7). Compared other demographic groups, males elderly (aged over 60 years) were more sensitive changes. In season, RR visits among men increased 26% (RR=1.26, CI=1.12–1.41) 23% (RR=1.23, CI=1.03–1.48). Furthermore, when temperatures including minimum, mean, maximum 1°C, number 1.7%, 2%, 2.1%, respectively. Conclusion results showed correlation season.
