摘要: This study aimed to determine the seasonal changes of total antioxidant activity and phenolic compounds in samples taken from leaves (April, July, October) stems October, January) some almond (Prunus amygdalus L.) varieties (Nonpareil, Ferragnes Texas). It was indicated that Nonpareil, Texas showed differences. Antioxidant IC50 these reached highest value April for whereas October stems. The level January while leaves. These results phenolics changed according season plant organ.
