摘要: Objective To assess the reliability and factor structure of Calendar Premenstrual Experiences (COPE) in premenstrual syndrome (PMS) patients. Study design Healthy women diagnosed with PMS (N = 215) completed daily diaries assessing 22 behavioral physical symptoms over two consecutive months. Results Internal consistency (alpha) was high (.93-.94) for COPE total score subscale moderately (.79) score. Test-retest correlations produced lower estimates (.55-.59). Four factors, accounting 64% variance, were extracted: mood symptoms, somatic/cognitive appetitive fluid retention symptoms. Symptom reports increased luteal phases three four factors; however, remained consistent Conclusion The diary is a reliable instrument identifying fluctuations during phase, can be reliably conceptualized within factors. expression may increase response to self-monitoring.
