摘要: The acridine orange is an excellent vital stain for the "in vivo" study of lysosomal dynamics in cultured keratocytes. In normal keratocytes lysosomes are mostly grouped around one or both nucleus poles. from macular dystrophy cornea there a hypertrophy system, which vain tends to compensate consequences enzymatic deficiency.
