摘要: The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) is studied on the surface of a 3D magnetic topological insulator. By applying modified semiclassical framework, all three contributions to AHE, Berry curvature effect, side-jump and skew scattering effects are systematically treated, analytical expressions for conductivities obtained in terms Fermi level, spatial orientation magnetization concentration nonmagnetic impurities. We demonstrate that AHE can change sign by altering magnetization, impurities also position agreement with recent experimental observations. show how each contribution or even whole be turned off properly adjusting given parameters. For example, one turn hall conductivity system in-plane pushing into fully metallic regime.
