摘要: The role of NO in the regulation myocardial contractility remains controversial. Observations effects synthase (NOS) inhibitors on contractility, per se, appear to be at odds with overall cardiovascular performance, namely stroke volume or cardiac output. Whereas, NOS have little no effect basal they reduce This issue is clinically relevant since there considerable interest therapeutic application conditions such as sepsis, disorders congestive heart failure, and non-cardiovascular inflammatory conditions.
