摘要: Abstract Occupational exposure to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) may cause hematopoietic malignancy, either by single benzene or possibly due a concomitant several VOCs. Since oxidative stress, inflammation and DNA repair pathways are closely involved in cancer development, the effect of VOC on expression proteins these has been studied, but epigenetic changes have not well described. Here, methylation status following occupational mixture was assessed bisulfite sequencing promoter regions seven genes mentioned pathways.
