摘要: Abstract 1. The cholesterol content, proportions of different phospholipids and fatty acid components phosphatidylcholine phosphatidylethanolamine were studied in rat liver endoplasmic-reticulum membrane, after a single injection 20-methylcholanthrene or injections phenobarbitone for 5 days. 2. It is therefore considered that distinct species containing β position are essential membrane optimal activity demethylation.
