摘要: A series of compounds, Li x FePO 4 (0 ≤ 1), was prepared by chemical delithiation and investigated with Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) Raman spectroscopy for the first time. Sample homogeneity respect to Fe P analyzed an electron microprobe. The imaging capabilities microprobe reveal larger-sized particles (10-20 μm diam) fine intergranular (≤1 μm). Elemental analysis demonstrates that are relatively homogeneous. Thus, may be used in conjunction other instruments more commonly investigate particle morphology, such as scanning or transmission microscopes. Isotopic substitution experiments show symmetric antisymmetric bending vibrations PO 3- anion highly mixed + translatory vibrations. Consequently, no band IR spectrum LiFePO assigned solely a lithium ion cage mode. Spectroscopic measurements demonstrate intramolecular modes particularly sensitive extraction ions from accompanying oxidation 2+ 3+ . data suggest effective force constants (band frequencies), dipole moment derivatives (FTIR intensities), polarizability (Raman intensities) change is converted into , Together, strongly support two-phase shell model delithiation.
