摘要: This study aims to modify the surface of magnesium alloy, AZ91E, resist sliding wear by means dispersion hard particles on its surface. TiC and SiC powders, carried inert gas stream, were injected into a melting pool formed laser beam. And powder hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy was also injected. These modified surfaces evaluated determine their resistance wear. The main results are summarized as follows: 1) Particles dispersed in cladding layer AZ91E alloy. 2) In case fine Mg 2 Si intermetallic compound uniformly. 3) result much higher than unmodified layers or show high resistance, but opposing materials worn. shows however, material is little.
