摘要: The plant Golgi apparatus (GA) is a carbohydrate factory serving two major functions: it assembles the oligosaccharides sidechains of glycoproteins and synthesizes complex polysaccharides cell wall matrix. Whereas assembly N- O-linked glycans occurs both in plants animals, synthesis (xyloglucans, pectins, glucuronoarabinoxylans mixed linkage s-D-glucans) constitutes unique capability GA.
