The Effect of Economic Reforms of 1980s and of the Customs Union 1996 upon the Turkish Intra-Industry Trade

摘要: In this paper we analyze the impact of economic reforms implemented in 1980s and Custom Union Agreement 1996 on intra-industry trade Turkey. Using panel data for 15 trading partners Turkey sample period 1970-2005, record positive both with former exercising stronger influence measured either by Grubel-Lloyd or Brulhart's indices. We also control other factors like size, difference income per capita size between its our empirical regressions.
