摘要: Surface enhanced resonance Raman (SERRS) spectra of two water-insoluble metalloporphyrins, nickel(II) octaethylporphyrin (NiOEP) and tetraphenylporphyrin (NiTPP), are reported at a range excitation energies applied potentials. By comparison the RR SERRS spectra, it was determined that NiOEP adsorbs onto silver electrode surface in an edge-on orientation, most probably with meso-carbon atoms closest to surface. were independent potential, indicating porphyrin layer is stable throughout potential employed enhancement principally occurs through electromagnetic mechanism. contrast, NiTPP suggest little affinity for possibly arise from scattering, rather than SERRS.
