摘要: A novel efficient sequence of reactions, by which 9,19-cyclo-4,4,14α-trimethyl-3β-acetoxy-5α,9β-pregnan-20-one (V) and 9,19-cyclo-4,4,14α-trimethyl-3β-acetoxy-5α,9β-androstan-17-one (VI) can be obtained from cycloartenol (I) in overall yields over 42% 38% respectively, is reported.
