摘要: Boron and barium were employed as dopants for the VMgO system. The catalysts characterized by ICP-OES, BET, IR, powder XRD, EDX, TPR-H2, TPD-NH3, XPS, 51V MAS NMR. These used oxidative dehydrogenation of n-octane in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor using air an oxidant. Catalytic tests carried out at GHSV 8000 h−1 to oxygen ratio 0.8. induced some changes catalysts’ properties, e.g. acid-base character, reducibility, symmetry heterogeneity VO4 tetrahedra. Changes catalytic performance also observed. Doping with enhanced styrene selectivity yield, while boron adversely affected activity ODH activities may be explained reducibility vanadium species.
