摘要: Accumulation of mRNAs coding for alpha and beta skeletal tropomyosins was investigated using specific probes normalized to muscle creatine kinase (M-CK) mRNA by slot-blot assays. In developing pectoralis muscle, the ratio TM messenger/M-CK remained constant until hatching, at which time messenger disappeared within a week. However, in leg, this 8 days after whereafter it decreased progressively reach 30% adult. The TM/M-CK ratios were almost same embryonic leg muscle. After there large increase (x 3 day +4, x 0 +21) whereas, less pronounced more progressive 21). Run-on assays showed that nuclei isolated from 15-day ovo muscles had similar patterns gene transcription whereas post-hatched shown have higher rate tropomyosin transcription. These data are accordance with results obtained protein analysis support notion changes pattern can be relevant coordinate regulation
