摘要: The cytoprotective effect of silibinin in course cytotoxicity induced by lasalocid had been measured rat hepatoma FaO cell line. In the study, MTT test (cellular metabolism), coomassie brillant blue binding - CBB (total cellular proteins), and LDH release (membrane integrity) were applied. addition, changes morphology after 24 h treatment observed light microscopy. effective concentrations, EC50 quantified for each compound alone, whereas nature their co-action was assessed isobologram plotting. Lasalocid ranged from 4 to 10 µM microphotographs showed significant morphological cells exposure. Silibinin 40 42 assays, 63 assay, no occurred. When used combination with 1-250 values plotted at 36 72 respectively. Thus co-actions two drugs led diminishing respect metabolism membrane integrity. isobolograms remarkable antagonistic cytotoxic action. Although a considerable interaction concisely relevant line FaO, promising results incline extend study on other vitro models (primary hepatocytes), as well investigate vivo against target animals.
