摘要: Macrophages are constituents of all normal connective tissue including the murine uterus. have been identified previously in endometrium and myometrium pregnant non-pregnant uterus using antibodies against macrophages. In current study immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated that there were not significant quantitative differences uterine macrophages between diestrous, pro-oestrous oestrous stages. However, distributional changes occurred during cycle. evenly distributed throughout dioestrus, while, pro-oestrus oestrus, their concentration was highest subepithelial stroma. Because cycle is hormonally regulated, we asked whether or oestrogen and/or progesterone might influence macrophage distribution. Ovariectomy, which eliminates cyclical production progesterone, resulted a decrease both relative absolute number within 6 days. Injections to ovariectomized mice restoration numbers. Injection plus regimen known prepare for receptivity blastocyst implantation increased levels consistently higher than those seen oestrus. Moreover, following hormone administration more concentrated stroma, pattern most evident injection hormones. The results suggest promote population.
