摘要: Abstract A novel approach to incorporate different polymers into micro- and nanocapsules fabricated by means of layer-by-layer (LbL) adsorption oppositely charged polyelectrolytes on colloidal particles is proposed. This method comprises two stages. At first, the polymers, which are supposed be incorporated, precipitate surface particles. can done either complexation with multivalent ions or adding miscible non-solvents. Then stable LbL assembled polyelectrolyte shells formed. After core decomposition inner polymer molecules released from wall but captured outer shell floating in capsule interior. The possibilities encapsulate a wide class non-charged were demonstrated such examples as sodium poly(styrene sulfonate) polyanion, poly(allylamine hydrochloride) polycation Dextrane water soluble polymer.
