摘要: Adherent and uniform nanostructured mesoporous films of selenium have been produced by electrodeposition from the hexagonal liquid-crystalline phase a nonionic surfactant. The regular nanostructure consists 25-A diameter cylindrical pores distributed on long-ranged lattice. Electron diffraction reveals that is single crystalline with an hcp structure. Current−voltage curves recorded STM indicate electrodeposits are intrinsic semiconductors apparent band gap ≈1.0 eV.
