摘要: Humidity detection has been widely used in a variety of fields. A humidity sensor with high sensitivity is reported this paper. surface acoustic wave resonator (SAWR) resonance frequency was fabricated as basic sensitive component. Various nanotechnologies were to improve the sensor's performance. multi-walled carbon nanotube/Nafion (MWCNT/Nafion) composite material prepared humidity-sensitive films, deposited on an SAWR by electrospinning method. The electrospun MWCNT/Nafion nanofiber films showed three-dimensional (3D) porous structure, which profitable for improving new nano-water-channel model Nafion also applied sensing process. Compared other research, present excellent (above 400 kHz/% relative (RH) range from 10% RH 80% RH), good linearity (R(2) > 0.98) and short response time (∼3 s@63%).
