摘要: Approximately one-third of all drugs can form hydrates, and therefore an in-depth understanding the factors affecting anhydrate-to-hydrate transformation kinetics in a variety environments is interest. In this work, real-time analytical methods, Raman spectroscopy optical microscopy, were used to establish representative profiles growth for hydrate formation several drug substances.
