摘要: Abstract The nano ZnFe2O4 compound was prepared by eco-friendly hydrothermal method. characterization of the sample for its structure, morphology and composition were done powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic light scattering, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, zeta surface profiler UV–Visible spectroscopy studies. PXRD measurement reveals that shows spinel cubic phase belong Fd 3 ¯ m (227) space group. Morphology from SEM profile nearly spherical agglomerated particles with well defined grains grain boundaries. material semiconducting behavior Eg 2.3 eV at room temperature (RT). variation in magnetic ordering observed wide range temperature. behaves like a soft ferrimagnetic various temperatures except RT. Both EPR studies supports superparamagnetic sample. DC conductivity, dielectric AC conductivity 1000 °C pellets sintered 2 h good frequency dependent transport properties. present study facilitate selecting suitable materials nanoelectronics spintronic applications.
