摘要: The Internet potentially provides government with great opportunities for delivering services, encouraging democracy and promoting economic vitality. E-government is regarded such importance that the UK Prime Minister has set various targets ensure all citizens have access to by 2005 (www.e.envoy.gov.uk). However, these come many problems. This paper will concentrate on problem of a lack public participation in e-government particular exclusion certain groups society from using technology, known as ‘the digital divide’. then suggest framework involving services. Three different examples services be assessed see how they compare against finally some conclusions are drawn this can help bridge divide.
