摘要: In human, colon cancer is the major health problem worldwide. It arises by a well-defined series of histopathological changes (adenoma-carcinoma sequence), which are paralleled mutations and deletions tumor suppressor genes leading to chromosomal aberrations. Chromosomal aberrations considered be good somatic biomarkers occur with greatest frequency in lymphocytes. The present work was undertaken objective study protective effect probiotic dahi on generation (numerical structural) lymphocytes of1, 2-dimethylhydrazine induced carcinogenesis rats. rats were divided into four groups 1) Normal diet control group; 2) DMH control; 3) (ND) 4) Probiotic (PD) group. Rats injected sacrificed at 50 th week experiment, metaphasic chromosomes prepared from blood incidences studied. normal group, ND group PD incidence 2.0, 15.33, 12.0 4.66% respectively. Administration significantly decreased as compared fed (P< 0.05). findings suggest that exerts its antigenotoxic effects preventing
