摘要: Retroperitoneal neurilemoma is an often asymptomatic benign tumor that usually discovered incidentally. We report a case of retroperitoneal diagnosed via endosonographically guided fine needle aspiration and emphasize the importance obtaining definite diagnosis before surgical treatment.
