摘要: Echocardiographic measurements of the rate descent E wave anterior leaflet mitral valve during diastole (the slope) have been said to correlate with early left ventricular (LV) filling. Thus, a reduced slope in absence obstruction might be related impaired LV filling secondary decreased diastolic compliance. In this study was compared several estimates compliance and end pressure (EDP) 32 patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterization: nine normal, 11 coronary artery disease (CAD), seven congestive cardiomyopathy (CC), five hypertrophy (LVH).
