摘要: Environmental risks of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in sewage sludge are assessed based on the concentration by exhaustive extraction, which is a likely overestimation pool available to exposed organisms. This study evaluated bioaccessibility PBDEs from Shanghai using 3-compartment model and 6-d Tenax extraction. The very slowly fraction contributed 56-88% total spiked sludge, whereas rapidly desorbing only 1.1-10%. For same PBDE congener, fractions for measured present were lower than those sediment. bioaccessible concentrations 2.3-56 ng/g dry weight Shanghai, represented 5.2% determined (Soxhlet) BDE-209 was predominant congener contributing 63% total. Moreover, Ratio between 6-h Soxhlet (T/S Ratio, indicating bioaccessibility) generated industrial wastewater treatment compared facilities that treated mostly domestic wastewater. T/S congeners related KOW, specifically as KOW increases, decreased. These results will improve understanding fate potential toxicity during land and/or landfill application sludge.
