摘要: Abstract Ultrastructure of spermatozoa redclaw Cherax quadricarinatus and yabby destructor were described compared. The acrosome complex nucleus are located at the anterior posterior region spermatozoon, respectively. is a vesicle divided into two parts: main body appears as dense cup-shaped structure in longitudinal sagittal view, with subacrosome zone occupying central area vesicle. larger C. (width 2.37 ± 0.27 μm, length 1.31 ± 0.23 μm) than 1.80 ± 0.27 μm, 1.01 ± 0.15 μm). There was no significant difference L:W ratios studied species. both species consists areas different electron density. substantially decondensed irregular shape, elaborate extended processes. examined exhibited well-conserved crayfish similar to those cainii albidus. Small size, absence radial arms, an extracellular capsule seem be morphological features that mostly distinguish from Astacidae Cambaridae.
