Effect of Sr-doping on structure and electrical properties of (Ba 1−x Sr x Ti 0.6 Zr 0.3 Mn 0.1 O 3 ) x = 0.1 and 0.2 synthesized by solid state reaction

摘要: (Ba1−xSrxTi0.6Zr0.3Mn0.1O3) x = 0.1 and 0.2 ferroelectric material were synthesized by solid state method. XRD studies confirmed the single phase formation, functional group confirmation was done using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Dielectric relaxations observed at different frequency ranges for temperatures. Activation energy Ea is calculated Arrhenius equation from impedance modulus which corresponds to existence of oxygen vacancies.
