摘要: Abstract The density of uterine glands, height surface epithelium, numbers hemosiderin laden macrophages, inflammatory cells and layers periglandular fibrosis were evaluated in biopsies from 40 mares. These features found to be highly variable normal equine endometrium. Minor pathological changes appeared masked by this variability. Atrophy glands was recognized mares which had been barren for more than three years. No significant differences between the number or collagen surrounding superficial portion The deep part lamina propria correlated with years barrenness. This finding appears have prognostic potential.
