摘要: Literature on medical care utilization by Mexican-Americans suggests that patterns of can be explained, in part, acculturation, social class and isolation. The relative importance these variables is explored a survey rural Mexican-American community Southern Texas. Data 152 families are analyzed using logit analysis, with as the outcome variable. results suggest acculturation has direct effect, while isolation interact to have weak effect independent acculturation. These confirm understanding all three planning implementing programs communities.
